So much confusion arises when we take snippets out of a text, and try to understand the whole from them. It allows us to place undue focus on a single word or phrase, when simply looking a line or two up or down would reveal the author's true intent clearly. Unfortunately, with the Bible, often that additional information is in a different chapter, or another book entirely. This "lack of seeing the whole picture" allows the unscrupulous to misrepresent the subject matter for their own ends.

And by refusing to fix your own ignorance, you're helping those people who abuse others using this religion, because you can't stand up to them and show where following their own "holy" book makes them literally brainless monsters.

About the second and third part: You seem to use very little Scripture to support your position. One would assume that someone who has read the Bible would use the information from the Bible on a forum where all is about the Bible. I can understand that people are a bit sceptical about you having read the Bible.
