You are obviously having problems completing your FAFSA and I understand; that form can be a hassle, what with all those numbers.
But PRAISE GOD, there is help for the retarded. I suggest you first deal with that aspect of your life, friend. GOD created you, (for whatever reason) and GOD can heal you. Your parents obviously sinned grievously - that means really really badly - or you would not have had to deal with this condition.
Your choice of Scripture is a good one. Moses overcame being slow of speech to bring tremendous glory to the LORD. Let us help you understand the fullness of the Holy Word of God and show you how Jesus Christ can change that stupid mind into one that can lead souls to Him for eternity.
