This does not mean that it will be done by White men, that would be illegal, it means that God in his wisdom will perform the act. But don't feel targeted God has a lot of people to settle scores with, just read the whole of Zephaniah chapter 2 (KJV 1611) and you will see. Then read the Bible, front to back, and find out who else the Lord Our God has marked for perdition.

In any case, it's impossible for God to molest of any sort. Anything that might be remotely perceived as molestation by the Unsaved, is in fact, Him touching us with His Glory, so we may know His Son, Lord Jesus Christ.
