    Saved in 1998

My name is Kimberly, and dropped down to my knees in my living room in Fall 1998 when I came upon this verse. I was unworthy to stand until I confessed my sins to Him and asked for forgiveness.

Isaiah 1:18 King James Version (KJV)

18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
After that a few saved coworkers asked me to join them at Willow Creek Community Church where they attended. It was a nice place to visit, but it wasn't really a church home.
A neighbor of my mother went to Harvest Bible Chapel, in Rolling Meadows, and that is the Church I go to today. Although the main church now is closer to me in a town called Elgin, Illinois.

I came here to this group while doing a google search. I was led to pray for someone today, an found this forum.

God bless you. Can't wait to read more.

    Welcome Mrs. Kimberly.

How many sons have you produced for Jesus to wage war against the sinners and heathens? Illinois is certainly a cesspool of lesser races and those that oppose the Way in its' fight for Christianity..
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

      Re: Saved in 1998

      Hello Kimberly, welcome.

I hate to burst your perky bubble, you can't really be Saved®, until you've been certified so by Landover Baptist Church, God's Favorite Church™.

I mean, sure you've accomplished the ability to drop to your knees, but honey, anyone can do that. It's more nuanced however to service Jesus in the way He likes best.

As for confessing your sins, I'm sorry, but if you did this via a Roman Catholic priest, stop right there. You need to grab the mouthwash and gargle that Catholicism out of you, spit, rinse and step away. Catholic demons are everywhere, trying to tempt you into their breed of false Christianity. Often I find, Catholics have this intense need to confess their disgusting personal stuff because they can't resist committing it to begin with.

Kimberly, you need to be right with Jesus, and ACCEPT HIM, unconditionally, through unfaltering faith. Hearing that you fell to your knees out of desperation and needed to confess, frankly sounds cowardly, to me. Again dear, FAITH AND OBEDIENCE!

      Mark 4:40

‘Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?’

Have a nice day dear. Hope this finds you well.

            Hi Kimber,

You seem nice. What is your favorite gun for home protection when your husband is at work?

I knew a girl named Kimberly. Spoiled brat, like all kids these days. At her birthday party you could either watch Police Academy OR play Space Invaders. That's just decadent. I got my son out of there. You wouldn't believe how much he cried.

Our next slogan should be "We have guns and you don't".

Sorry, what were we talking about again?

Hi .. Welcome to the forum. I trust you've been able to catch up with some reading? Isaiah is a great book, the first part of The Bible I read all the way through when I was about 8. Any suggestions I can offer I'm happy to suggest or you can contact the Pastors at any time of course.

Daniel is another wonderful testimony to God's Plan for Salvation and the way He works with us, His clay, according to His purpose.
Isaiah 64:8 But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
