How about more honesty and less cleavage? Our hosts will welcome you without caring who you are, what you do, what you think or believe, just so long as you can disagree politely, and not mistake your unfounded opinion for the truth.

    Re: My Introduction

Sometimes I've read Matthew 25 and wondered how it can sit with Christ's words in Matthew 7 where He explains:
MATTHEW 7:19-23 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Everlasting fire of torment is a consistent theme which, being revealed Truth, it always will be but in that eternal conflagration will there be exorcists? Yes: obviously if they really did cast out devils. Your post encouraged me by highlighting (for me) that the two verses are discussing different things. Satan pretending to be Jesus could command a devil to anything he fancied because the devil would know it was not actually Jesus.

Tumescences of every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit who pretend to be following Jesus for public effect—and I want to be clear here, they must know what they're doing; protestations of innocence are just the next stratum of their deceptive façade, peeled back deliberately to deceive others, they have NOT deceived themselves—were never casting out devils in Jesus name.

Matthew 7 and Matthew 25 are addressing different things, which I hadn't noticed before. God is always consistent. No-one has to like it but if they say they don't agree Him (very easy to determine) why oh why do they claim to be Christians? Surely, according to them, Christianity has done enough "harm" to be jettisoned along with Aphrodite, Dagon and L. Ron Hubbard?

Oh, you are so right here, dear Sister Mitza. Amen and Amen!! This "new ongoing revelation" is the very same bunch of lies that those "New Age" religions teach -- they make it up as they go along! But we, the believers in the Grace and Salvation of the , the , know the -given Truth, as found within the pages of the blessed . I've had many discussions with those papist ring-kissers, and at no time did any of them confess to having opened the pages of this glorious Book. They seem to think that as long as they curtsy at the cross and then trot up to receive their cracker and wine, they're saved. What a shock they will receive on the Day of Judgment!

Matthew 25:41 "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels".

A blessed day to you, dear Sister Mitza,
    Sincerely, Isabella W.

That is always worthwhile to confirm. Romish liars often tell one another they're "Christians" but the merest glance at The Bible shows that they're no such thing. Of course they may not ever have read The Bible and so would be ignorant of what God has revealed and what Jesus Christ Himself taught. Quite apart from His example and the reasons He gave for His death at Calvary.

Liars, on the other hand, HAVE read God's word. It's their job to do so and priests are among their number. Popes are maximally deceitful in that not only do they know what God teaches and then do the exact opposite, such as if God commands DON'T DO THIS then they launch a sect based precisely on doing EXACTLY THAT, but also tell everyone that God "told them this new thing" on their exclusive telephone line.

The saddest part is God's "new ongoing revelation" always amounts to I GOD AM A BIG FAT LIAR because as we know from reading The Bible, God is Jesus and what He says is always true.

You can always trust The Bible. Without it, where would we be?
