Why anyone would listen to worthless trash like that is beyond my comprehension. The only conceivable use for noise like that would be to annoy your neighbors or Iraqi terrorists.

The only rock music I like to listen to is the percussion sounds made from stones bouncing off of idolators, blasphemers of my Lord, Gandalfs, Sabbath breakers, bratty kids, bratty oxen, etc.

It's a shame I hear too much of your rock music and too little of my rock music these days. I fear for what is to come when the Lord ceases to tolerate this imprudence on the part of our society. We have strayed too far and many seek to stray even further.

I have read all of the threads, and some of the posts that follow (the rest tends to be arguing). I have come to the conclusion that christians dislike metal because... its played with unnatural instruments or that it is not played to the glory of God. Well, it seems like 90% of what we do is not to the glory of God. For instance, when we are not thinking about Him. When you are making a sandwich, do you think "Oh my this will taste great" or do you think "What is God doing right now..."? Well thats your answer. By that logic, unless you literally think of God every second of your existance, you are not living to the glory of God. It seems heaven is a little empty...
Well, thats for the threads anyways. A good nighttime read I guess.
In closing, my final question.
Is everything on Landoverbaptist.org true? No jokes there? No sarcasm of any sort? I know about the introductory thread. But I just thought I should ask, as it cannot be that hard to answer with a yes or no.

The bands you listed above are 'Black Metal'. It's a well known fact that 'Black Metal' turns kids gay! Why else would these bands dress up in gay leather bondage clothes, wear make-up, and scream like pathetic little girls? Because 'Black Metal' is the gayest form of music there is!

Heaven is filled with God and the various choirs of angels. There are very few people in Heaven right now, just Moses, Ezekiel, and Jesus. There are, of course many saved Christians who have died, but right now they are in the ground awaiting the Resurrection, not riding around in Heaven on motor scooters.

We are not totally humorless, so I can't say that there is no humor or sarcasm at all on the landoverbaptist.org website (which I heartily recommend that everyone read daily, just as you read the Bible). But you have to understand, our Church has a very serious purpose--we are in the business of saving souls. It should be pretty obvious to anyone who reads our website which parts are sarcasm and which are salvation.

Satanists may be the complete opposite of christians, but if they really do torture and sacrifice humans as you claim (and there is a lot of evidence saying it is untrue) then you are sinking to their levels by torturing them. Trust me, sinking to the levels of your enemies is not a good thing.

Metal is a type of music. Unless all music of all sorts is from Satan too, metal is just man made.

The same way if the fruits of a tree are poison, taking the fruits off a different tree of the same species is makes them no less poisonous.
