Thank you Pastor Ezekiel for my 50 demerits. I will do my best to avoid earning anymore as they are going to hurt when I have my wife administer them with her well used cat-o-nine tails. Oh well turn about is fair play I always say. Obviously I have a lot to learn about being a True Christian ™.

I Do so hope I will be found worthyful.

The first thing I am gonna have to do is throw away that bible My step-mother gave me when I was 10. Obviously she was pure white trash. I guess I should have known when she used to burn incense and candles then dance around in a trance in the middle of the night singing in words I really couldn't understand.

As I write these words, one passage has been going through my mind:

"He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth." Isaiah 53:7


I have been informed it best to cry and introduce myself slowly. And so I shall.

My GOD given name is Amos Angus and I was born In Thibodaux Louisiana. But My step-mother made me change it when we moved to Goose Bay Newfoundland during the Regan Administration. She used ta say that man would ruin this country and she wasn't gonna sit around it let it happen.

I never understood what she was talking about. But as a little tyke I had no choice but to go.

My favorite music was always AC/DC until I discovered Amy Grant. RIght now, though, I am looking to expand my horizons and am looking for a really really good Christan music channel on my XM. Any help would be helpful.

I am really not in a position to advise you, as there are worthy TC™ men here who can do that, but I will share that in reply to another's post about Infraction Points, a pastor pointed out this was a loving way to nudge the unsaved (such as yourself) into the True spirit of Christianhood™.

It is like a wise teacher who, instead of embarrassing an incorrect student in front of the class (i.e., banning them from the website), takes them into the hallway for a little chat about their transgressions.

That is excellent advice Sister. Far too many secular women scream abuse and control when their male betters try to guide their feeble and unfocused minds. Christ smiles on you today.

Friend, I hope you're not implying that your wife dishes out the punishment in your house. Would it not be a better idea to punish your wife for not telling you when you were wrong? We are all for merited discipline; but we're not animals.

Oh I agree! T'were I repentant upon the pastors demerits, Surly that would be the fastest course unto He**. And I do not wish to go that route. Instead I choose to accept wise counsel where it is given. Thank you all for pointing me in the proper direction.

Nope, Usually it is me who uses the whip (as it should be) However for my transgressions, what worse punishment and humiliation is there than to allow the lesser species to correct me. Better her than one of those damned Hin-doos.

To be fair, Pastor Zeke, I think you should bear in mind that the lad claims to be from Goosebay, Newfoundland, which is basically Labrador, which is basically the North Pole. Aside from clubbing baby seals (in season), the only thing to do there is read the Bible and engage in the M activity. After a while the results show.

In our household, my husband - Mr. Whitford - punishes me if I don't tell him when he's wrong, and when I have the temerity to tell him he's wrong in something. The system works wonderful for everyone involved.

Friend, the only people who should be afraid to utter the name of Hell are those who are likely to face it for eternity. Is there something you're not telling us? After all, if it's in the Bible unadulterated, you shouldn't have a problem writing it.
