OK. The way to salvation is, as I mentioned above, to begin reading the Bible and finding out who God and Jesus are.

Taking notes is important. There's a lot to read, and you won't remember it all from one pass! Plus, if you keep a good notebook, you'll start to see recurring themes from book to book.

I recommend starting at the beginning.

I am reading it right this minute, as I type! However, you are correct, I have not read the entire thing.

I know enough of christianity to know that my :pastors" are simply teaching the happy parts. They try to teach us to love everyone, including homosexuals and muslims. I, however, know that such a request is ignorent and inane. God has commanded us to wipe the muslims off his holy earth, why should we take some sinning bastard's word over our holy father's?!

Probably best to take a break from typing so you can focus on reading for a bit.

Commence to reading! You will learn things about God and Jesus your pastor didn't say, because you might FEEL BAD and then wouldn't come back and put money in the collection plate!

After reviewing you posts, I have now decided to denounce my sexual choices any my was of living! I realise now that my choice to deny od was silly and useless! God is a holy being and deserves the greatest respect of everyone. I know see that all other religions are made from Homosexuals and sinners! And in the word of god, need to be killed. I now beg to jesus christ, our lord and savior for redemption and saving of my sin filled soul.

Keep a notepad with you, that you may write down major events, or significant bits of doctrine. Include your own thoughts.

I do not have a disintrest in Christianity, quite the opposite. Though I have no intention of ever being "saved" or converted, I do posses an urge to gain more knowledge about this religion. The small albertan town that I live in is a "christian" town, but it teaches a bastardized version of christianity. Though not nessacarly wrong, I would enjoy nothing more than learning about christianity, what makes it tick and what it's core beliefs are!

What does this town of yours teach, which they call Christianity?

We follow the King James Bible. All of it.

We believe that God is all-powerful and all-knowing, and created the universe roughly 6,000 years ago, in six days. As the Bible tells us.

We believe that Man is inherently sinful, and therefore incapable of being good enough for God, even though God made us this way. Therefore, those who are not willing to do their very best to follow every bit of the Word of God as stated in the KJV1611 -- not just the nice parts -- and follow Jesus, in thought, word, and deed, will be cast into eternal hellfire. The Bible indicates that God believes in infinite punishment for finite sin.

We believe that, since God knows the future, that means He knows already who will enter Heaven and who will not. He has not seen fit to tell us the complete list, so there may be some surprises! However, it also means that God knew before you were born if you would join Him in Heaven, or spend eternity being roasted alive in the pits of Hell.

The Bible tells us that God created all evil in the world. It is part of His Divine Plan. We don't know all the details, but will find out when we meet Him in Heaven!

Now, what do they teach in your town?

For some reason you post seemed oddly friendly to me. However, it is nice to see another "Rocky Horror Picture Show" fan!

Though I enjoy your kindness, I must comment on the way you take pride in making life miserable for the christians here. Though, yes, there have been times where I have wanted to do such a thing, I do not see how you can do that. Though these people on this forum may make your life miserable, why should you do the same to them? Are you not doing the same thing as they are? Is it nto for the same "self righteous" reasons? I suggest you do nto do he same thing as these people do, but rather let them wallow in their ignorance. "The best revenge is living a happy life". Do not let them get you down, if you think you made the right choice then I am sure you did, do not let any tell you what is right for you, and do nto tell any one what is right for them to do. They are humans, the deserve to be treated fairly and nicely just as you and I do.
