If a homer stops being a pervert, and accepts Jesus as his personal Saviour, and renounces satan and all his works, and tithes at least 10% of his yearly net income to Jesus, then of course they can be washed clean by the Grace of Christs blood. No one has ever said anything to the contrary.

If you expect us to NOT tell homers they are hellbound, then you are no Christian, sir. If you think Jesus is going to return to earth and throw a tea party for your fag buddies, then think again. Homers (those "without natural affection") and their supporters (those "that have pleasure in them") are "worthy of death." Romans 1:31-32

Please show us where in the Bible it says that God is merciful and is about forgiving people.

Was God merciful when he used Job as a pawn in a bet with Satan, killing off Job's family and all his possessions, and then physically torturing Job?

Is God merciful when he commands us to kill those who do not follow Him?

Was God forgiving people when he sent the great Flood, to drown all the people who weren't righteous?

From what I'm seeing, you're the one coming here and insulting people. Corbank and I were having a polite conversation.

However, you say the Bible wasn't meant to be taken literally. So, even though the Bible itself says that it is the complete and perfect Word of God, not to be changed, added to, or subtracted from, you, in your 17 years of wisdom, believe that you can pick and choose which parts are "for real" and which parts aren't? You know better than God, do you?

False Christians -- those who pick and choose the parts of the Bible they LIKE, and throw away the rest saying it's 'historical' or 'not meant to be taken literally' -- are who make Christians and Christianity look bad. They LIE to people, claiming God and Jesus are all about love and forgiveness and tolerance, and send people skipping straight down the road to eternal damnation!

Read YOUR Bible. It says to stone adulterers and fornicators. It says to kill those who do not follow God's laws. It says God has made everything in the universe, including the wicked for the day of judgment.

That's right, God made evil and made sinners, knowing He would punish them for all eternity. Infinite punishment for finite sin, that is God's Law.

I suggest you commence to reading your Bible, and get right with God. Your feel-good False Christian beliefs will get you nowhere in God's eyes.

First of all, who's the hypocrite? Great example of tolerance right there, by being against gays and abortion. How dare you presume to tell another person who they can and cannot love and what a woman can or cannot do with her own body? What if your sister or girlfriend were raped and became pregnant, would you want her to bear that child?
