This user certainly proves the premise of this thread. Each juggalo that logs on here seems to be successively stupider than the previous one. The odds of that happening are slim, but it's happening.

ICP...didn't...produce them. They produced themselves. It wasn't ICP that told them to kill people. They told themselves to. I'm quite positive that if ICP didn't exist, those people would still have done what they did.
