    Seeking True Christian husband

Hello! I am a good Christian girl looking for a True Christian husband.

My name is Bethany, I'm 22, live in England and have always been raised as a good Christian. I am looking for a good husband, any age, to live as God intended man and wife to live and in a Christian community. Landover seems perfect as I have carefully read these boards and it is very close to what my dear departed father used to teach us.

I shall be posting on the main boards as soon as I can pluck up courage, meanwhile, I would like to say hello to my new-found friends in God.
Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
    Pslams 51:7

Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
    Timothy 2:11-15

You should post on the Christian Singles thread and answer the questions there.

    Matthew:
5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled
10:21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.
10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

Do you like to rub your Daddy's feet after you've served him dinner?

          Leviticus 26:27-29

          27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.

                Re: Seeking True Christian husband

How can you explain the fact Our Loving God allows Bradford to continue existing?
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

Wow.....thank you all for your interest in this poor undeserving female. I am about to post on the personals thread where I will attempt to answer all your questions...except for the one about why God allows Bradford to continue existing of course, I have absolutely no idea either.
