Indeed I can make biscuits. A particular favourite here in the Emerald Isle are Currant Squares with icing sugar dusting. Gravy I make from meat juices and stock and thickened with potato starch or cornflour.

Thick crust, apple and blackberry with lashings of fresh double cream is the order of the day here.

I notice your Irish, like making wine, and only dedicate part of your time to the Church. Why only part time?

My occupation is a part time verger, of which, I receive a small allowance. I am there for the church at all times, as it is there for all.

I am 27 and my church is a Baptist haven in Limerick, Eire.
I don't have any particular favourite verse, as wisdom is found in all the pages of the good book.
