    Introduction

    Hello all fellow believers.

I am a young man that has been raised in baptist churches all my life. I was saved at the age of twelve, but had a time of rebelion during college.

I recently redevoted my life to Christ and am stronger than ever in my walk with Him.

I heard this was a place full of strong bible believeing people that would help me continue to grow in Christ and his word.

Welcome to Landover where proper spelling, punctuation, grammar, and sentence structure are always appreciated!

Where do you go to Church? In what ways did you rebel? What brought you back to Jesus? How did you hear about Landover?

    Yours in Christ
    Brother Lazarus
In the Beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth. Genesis 1.1. This scripture is the first verse of the Bible for a reason. It lays the foundation for the absolute truth found in God's Holy WORD, the Bible.

I attend White River Baptist Church. Small chuch of about 300 believers. I had a small run with pornography and a lack of church attendence. I was simpley broken by the spirit to return to Christ. I found Landover from a fellow believer.

Apparently, you rebelled against Jesus AND against the English language. But, we can put that aside for now.

You may wish to reconsider whether you were Saved© at the age of 12:
Heb 6:4-6 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Heb 10:26-29 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
If you were Saved© at 12, then when you rejected Christ in college, you damned yourself to an eternity of Hellfire.

        Enjoy!

What sort of pornography? Can you provide examples so we know what you are talking about? I know the Church Elders find it very beneficial when searching for a lost soul. Why was the attendance small? Was it because you sat in pew and had porn crap with you?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
