    Sorry didn't introduce myself...

    Hello.
    I am from Sydney, Australia.
I go to a Uniting Church in Sutherland (what you may call a Methodist or Presbyterian church)
I have grown up in the church, but came to realise God as my saviour and be passionate in serving him while at university - thanks to God revealing the on-campus Christian group.
I believe in the whole bible, as should every Christian should. However reading other feeds, you may not agree with my theology??

What's your favorite verse? Are you married? What's your favorite hunting rifle? Are you homosexual? Do Koalas really smell like cough drops?
"I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things." -- favorite KJV verse ever!!! Our LORD is so awesome in everything he does.

I find it hard to pick a verse out of the bible that means more than anything else... probably one of the early ones I learnt as a kid growing up in Sunday School like John 3:16 or John 4:16.
      Not married, currently dating though.
I have only shot out of a 22 once or twice on my uncles farm... and didnt hit anything except a rabbit.
      No definately not homosexual.
Koalas are actually quite stinky... but they are nice n soft to hold. just gotta be careful of their sharp claws... I've only held one once at a zoo.
May I ask the same questions of you? except you might be wasting your time with the rifle question. cos i will have no idea what your talking about! :S

So then you're a false Christian. Methodists are as far from Christ as a muslim or a papist.

Better take a look at our Church Doctrines HERE.

We don't pull our punches when it comes to obeying God's commandments. We obey all of them, not just the ones that sound easy or sweet.
        Who Will Jesus Damn?

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

Sorry I went to the site, and I could not find the part that said that Methodists aren't Christians.
There may also be some differences across borders, cos I know the baptist church in America is much different from Baptist churches here!
Why are you so quick to judge? Is it not possible that someone could go to heaven that does not attend your church?

Mormonic questions will not win you any points here.

If you've read the Bible, then why did you choose to become a hellbound Methodist blasphemer and not a proper Christian? It's not like it's that hard to just do what God wants.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

This didn't tip you off at all?

Headline: Same-sex unions OK'd in Duke Chapel

                  Excerpt from article:

                  University president and
                  Chapel dean, a Methodist
                  minister, cite a tradition
                  of rich religious diversity
Do you think that God wants queers to mock Him with their perverted "marriage" ceremonies?

I suppose you have a female "pastor" too? And you idiots do what she says?

No we have a male minister. I would not attend a church that had a female minister. I believe that God has placed order in marriage, with the man at the head of the family, and as we (the church), be the bride of Jesus, we should respect the order that God has placed us in.
In Genesis, it says that God created man, and then he created woman out of man as a helper, not to be led by.
                    We agree there don't we?

You mean you agree with God's Holy Word on that point. The one things I'll say for you Methodists is that at least you accept Jesus. The papist cult worships Mary and bows down to statuary.

Unfortunately, your limp-wristed false church doesn't follow the Word of God literally. The Methodist church believes in interpreting Scripture through tradition, experience, and most damnably of all, reason. You can read their own words HERE.

I urge you to abandon the false church that will lead you astray.
