    Hello All

I am a devout Baptist from Ft. Worth, Texas. I follow the word of the one true God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in every way I can.

I have been disturbed recently by the seemingly growing trend of faithlessness and liberalism in my community, and had a discussion about this with my pastor. He advised me to find solace and ways to combat this Godlessness through online communities. After a brief search I found this place, and I must say that I'm very glad to see that there are some places free of the taint of heathens! I'm eager to discuss the true faith with each and every one of you!
"And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him."
    -Luke 12:4-5

Praise Jesus and welcome to God's favorite forum. I hope you enjoy our Christian Fellowship.

While we strive to keep the unsaved away from our forum (as God commands), we are from time-to-time infested with God mockers and perverts who attempt to disrupt and persecute us because they hate Jesus. Please feel free to ignore them.

What church do you attend? Are you in the Army or was that a cosume party photo?

      Greeatings, Brother Jeremiah!

I welcome you, of course, but am a bit concerned about your pastor. Why would he counsel you to fight Godlessness online, when it is your home community that needs your help? If he meant that you should come here to learn how to fight Godlessnes, then apply it in your own community, then he is shirking his own responsibility. It is he who should give you those tools, not tell you to look elsewhere.

I fear for your pastor, perhaps he has given up the fight against the secular world? It can wear all of us down. I pray that's not the case here.

Regardless, I welcome you and hope you find your time here instructive and fulfilling.

I attend the Southcliff Baptist Church, and yes, I'm a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. I haven't seen any of these heathens yet, but then again I haven't had much time to explore your site. I'll keep in mind what you said and ignore them.

I too hope this is not the case. I shall pray for him to find strength, and discuss these matter with him further at our next meeting.

Welcome Brother Abernathy. I am pleased to make your acquaintance. How long have you been married and how many male children do you have?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

I have been married for 25 years, and have two sons Matthew, 20, and Joshua, 17. I am happy to say that Matthew has followed my footsteps and has also enlisted in the United States Army.

I have attended Southcliff, believe it or not. They have a Christmas program second to none.

                Welcome, Brother.

Edit: I see James Brown is still the Minister to Families with Children. We always got a kick out of that.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.
