    hello my name is david

    So, why do you people act this way really?
    im sure im going to get banned for what im about to post so please attempt to read it before you decide i deserved to get banned.

    nothing is for certain, can we all agree on this? I mean, god might actually exist, im sure you think he does. but he might not as well. You cant dedicate your entire life to something unknown. (inb4 hurr my faith tells me so)

    Ive lurked this site for 2 hours, yes only two hours. Ive seen connections to halloween and the devils birthday (which is completely false, whoever thinks that is an idiot) a thread on how god is going to condemn homosexuals, and all non believers.

    i refuse to believe someone intelligent enough to create the universe would condemn you to an eternity of suffering if you are not their cheerleader.

    By the way;
    if you child is goth, you should consider yourself a failure as a parent, however, they are probably like that because you post on a baptist forum. maybe you should have a chat with them instead of praying to your god. That will actually do something.

      i never claimed to know anything, i DO know that there is no evidence behind most of the claims ive seen. what is the evidence behind halloween and satan?
      it was a pagan holiday i celebrate harvest or something similar it wasnt to celebrate the "birth of satan"

        If you celebrate Harvest then you most certainly do celebrate Satan. Oh my,you are one confused little boy. Not to worry the elders here will sort you out in no time if your willing. You stated you lurked this site for two hours? Did you not see the Christian love we have for one another? It can be for you also if you decide to renounce Satan. It's your choice.

          if i have to hate people to earn gods love then it is not worth it. You should "love" regardless, you shouldnt only love or only help those who take in jesus as their personal savior

It was not that long ago that i was like you,LOST! It's not to late and tonight my Prayers will be just for you. It's up to you to take that first step.

                You earns God's love by respecting Him. You follow His teachings. You do not second guess Him. You capitalize references to Him. I notice you do none of this. Then you wonder why you "Do not get it". Simply put, it is obvious you do not care.

                    Now your responsibility would be to listen as Proverbs 3:11-12 tells us.

                    I think the Word is very clear on this one. Listen up or be prepared to be dealt with as a bastard.
                    Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

                        I agree Pastor Zeke. I am reminded of the words of Our Lord Jesus, in Matthew 4:3-4 :

                        3And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
                        4But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

                          Exactly which claims that you've seen posted here by members are lacking evidence? Where is your evidence for there being no connection between Halloween and satan? So you're an authority on pagan holidays then? Oh. So on what date do you celebrate satan's birthday? Is the harvest something you celebrate? Why do you despise Jesus? We have a holiday we call Thanksgiving, during which we express our gratitude to our Creator for the bounty He has given us. We don't celebrate the harvest (like godless heathens do); we celebrate being loved by Almighty God so much that He has provided everything for us (including the 1611 King James Bible). Are you ready to accept Jesus into your heart today?
