Hello, my name is Mitch & I just joined. My family stopped going to church way back when. When I was a child I found it boring and unnecessary to go, now as an adult, I found myself not a believer that there is a god. Why would all of these horrible things happen if there was a god to prevent them, my prayers were never answered, so why believe?
I am also a "homer" as it's called on the site. It's another reason I joined, to see other peoples points of view, as you can see mine as time goes on. I hope you people choose not to hate me because of this as you know no other aspects of my life besides the previously stated.
