    My name is Neo

    Hello,

my name is Neo. I reside in the rather desolate state of Montana and a member of the Grace Baptist Church. Not many people attend the church, and I fail to get out of the house too often so I figured this would be a more fitting place to discuss religion and the travesties that have come to plague our world.

Welcome. Please tell us more about yourself. How old are you? Are you married? How many little soldiers for Christ have you made for Jesus? What's your favorite Bible verse?

      Re: My name is Neo

Hello, I am 43 (as of last Monday actually) and unfortunately unmarried. I have struggled mightily to find a bride who is suitable and willing to live such a holy lifestyle. There is so much sin and ignorance in this world that I am almost sick to my stomach everytime I even attempt to leave my house.

My favorite verse of the Bible would have to be Ecclesiastes 7:14.

"In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider."

Neo, repost your question from the other thread.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Since you have the inability to remember more than 10 minutes ago let me help you out. Its called copy and paste and it is an amazing way to move one piece of information to another. let me help you out.

Thank you Lindsay. This question was referring to someone calling someone else an African-American because they were about to lose an argument. It saddens me to see what people have come to these days.

Well, your question is hard to answer as I do not have all the facts. What id the other person was an 'African-American' though I do not see how that is possible, you are one or the other. For example, if a person cam from the UK, had children, they had children, would those kids call themsleves "British-Americans"?

But is this "Talitha" an African-American? If not, I can only assume that it was said as means of hatred.

Asking a persons race is racist, something I am not and therefore cannot answer the question. On top of that, I have never met her in person. On-line, everyone looks the same to me.

My apologies, friend. I was just confused as to the meaning behind what had been said. But let's no longer worry our minds with the past.
