    Indeed.

Well folks. I am your average, everyday person. I am someone who exists in the culture from which i have been brought up in. I exist in a culture which promotes respect and tolerance to all people, no matter their beliefs, ideas, opinions or formulations of their surroundings. I fail to see that in this only web forum. I thought the idea of following any form of religion was to respect others, to have something that helps you communicate with others and to have something that lets you get through hard times. A guiding light in your life, I suppose you could say.

Yet, how does insulting other peoples beliefs and ideas, suggesting that they should be "eternally damned" from your communities, simply because they feel different about the world then you do, achieve your goals? Is that not rather close minded? Perhaps even self assured? Wouldn't your time be better spent minding your own business?

I think you should really give a good, hard look at your standpoint in life.

If the core value of Christianity is love, then I fail to see it any place on this forum.

It's called the Bible (KJV1611), friend. Read it and all will be clear to you. As for the "minding your own business" remark, that is exactly what we were doing before you showed up here to show us how smart you aren't.

Where does my intelligence come in anywhere? I thought that this was more opinions and ideas in our time upon earth.

I also don't see how defacing other peoples religions and ideas, for example, "joos", is minding your own business. To me, that seems to be actively seeking controversy.

No one has 'suggested' anything. The bible has very kindly laid out that they WILL be eternally damned if they do not repent their ways and accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour.

I see. I can understand that viewpoint. Yet why must people be forced to accept something which they resent?

Please do not take my posts as offensive. I simply want to learn more about you. That's how I roll.

If you resent the laws of our lord then their is no place for you in his Heaven. They are not being forced to accept anything, they have full choice. We merely warn you and try to dissuade you from making these choices because God tells us to love everyone. What better way is there to love than helping someone get away from eternal damnation and into the graces of Jesus's love?

We don't force you or people in general to accept anything. As a matter of fact it's been made clear on every page on this website (and several times during your sign up) that unsaved are unwelcome. But instead of respecting our beliefs (and you will burn in hell for lying about respecting others) and polite request to stay away you insult us by not even attempting to understand us, all you have done is persecute us.
                    Leviticus 26:15-16
And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

I am sorry, all I can do is apoligise if I truly have offended you. I did not mean to do that. I am just interested, that is all, and I'm sorry if I have been seen as overbearing.

How can you expect to save people if you make no attempt to save the so called unsaved? Doesn't that only mean your limiting yourself to a small minority of people, when you could have a lot more people truly understanding your message?

This is not an outreach forum. This is a private Church forum for members of OUR church to fellowship together. If you really want to learn about Jesus in person, grab your Bible and go to your nearest Baptist Church and sign up for some Bible Lessons.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

I see. How do you expect to expand your church if you don't enlighten the unenlightened? Shouldn't these forums be made private if that is the case?

Dozens of people register to post here every hour. We fellowship with other Christians. Why should it be made private, how would they find us?
