Hi,

I was raised by a Russian Orthodox family but have always questioned their methods of worship, and never even bothered to learn the language. I'm looking to be saved by our Lord God in the True sense, but due to my upbringing, I'm rather confused about a lot of things. Please bear with me and what I'm sure will be patience-trying questions.

I don't personally have a King James Bible, but I've begun reading it on BibleGateway. One passage that has particularly struck a chord was:

Deuteronomy 18:10
There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.

I've met witches before, and honestly, they're really great people. One of my best friends is Pagan, and just because she has a different belief system than I do, doesn't mean I don't believe in God or am going straight to Hell, at least in my opinion.

And as for having children or a husband, I'm only 18, and while I can legally marry and have children, I would like to finish college before I even think about weddings.
