    Hello -- I'm Patty Johnson..!!

    Hello!

    This is the first Internet Forum I've ever joined so you all are going to have to show me the ropes...!!

    My name is Patty Johnson     and this seems like a GREAT community of GOD-FEARING CHRISTIANS to me!! I was the Praise Band Cordinator at my church, but last Sunday one of the young men in the PRaise Band asked to speak to me in private and admitted he had considered homosexulity. Naturally I quoted one of my favorite BIBLE verses to him:

    "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them." Leviticus 20:13 (KJV)

    That night I was unable to sleep and heard the voice of the LORD telling me to leave this SATAN'S PLAYGROUND of a church, for it had gone to SIN and MASTERBATON. Now I am looking for a new RIGHTEOUS community of Christians to support me in my unending quest for GOD'S SALVATION...!!!

    Can't wait to hear more of God's Children's beliefs on this online forum!!..

      What's a Praise Band Coordinator? I hope it's compatible with the Divinely ordained role of women in church:

      1 Cor. 14:34-35: Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but [they are commanded] to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

      1 Tim. 2:11-12: Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
      This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

        Welcome Patty! Always great to have another Christian lady among us (assuming you have your husband's permission to post online, of course.)

        I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say here. All of our beliefs are contained in the KJV. And you said you own one, right?

          Hello Patty!!!!

          I am in a similiar boat as you in regards to this web forum....just wondering....what kind of "band" do you acknowledge yourself to be in?....if you play a certain instrument what instrument would that be?...I also play an instrument but I use it soley for the purpose of glorifying the Lord and no other purpose....i play the guitar but NOT the ELECTRIC guitar....most music that is in conjunction with the ELECTRIC guitar is also in spirits with Satan himself....Acoustic is perfectly Christian but....any other form worries me...so do tell us Patty....what instrument do you play?
