Re: My introduction
Morning.
I have been busy catching up on all the good Christian information here, and taking the opportunity to educate myself on many topics. Particularly the Jews.
I am feeling quite at home here, and I think I know why. My dad thoroughly churched me as a child from the King James Bible since we lived too far out in the wild to have a True God church nearby. Now I have found Landover, and you practice completely what my dad always taught.
I think anyone anywhere in the world brought up with the King James Bible would feel at home here, and I think it demonstrates the complete nature of God's exaltedness.

I'm hoping that we haven't frightened the good Brother off. I enjoy having other Canadians on the board, we're not ALL liebral tree hugging hippies.

Then let an American tell you how it is. Shut your yap and start reading Proverbs! And stop hitting on everything that moves. It is disgusting! Behave like a proper Christian lady instead.Originally posted by Sister Sanctimony View PostWhy I never! I AM saved, and I'm virtuous! I'll NOT let a foreigner order me about!

Have you opened up your Bible yet? Have you looked at the link I supplied? Or are you just going to keep running around this forum like a harlot in heat.

Listen here you little unsaved harlot, you've been doing nothing on here but backing your rump up to every man like a dog in heat. The first man that rebukes you, you start insulting.
Grow up and listen to what the men are telling you.

Perhaps you should learn to Bridle your tongue and memorize the book of Proverbs and what it says about being a good woman, especially Chapter 31.

The snow is pretty much gone now, but we are still having frost. Did get close to 60 (Fahrenheit for you Americans). This last winter was unusually severe. Very scenic though, but the green up now is welcome.

Why, if I may ask, is it your favorite?
When I first learned to read, my dad had me open his Bible to a random page and had me close my eyes and pick a verse. He had me memorize it and I have held onto it for all these years.
There is a little knoll on the edge of the clearing where I grew up and after that we started referring to it as Holy Hill. The verse just has a special meaning to me with my dad, and growing up, and our house out in the woods.
