Not a problem. At least you speak American. You can be feild management over the Godless heathens. Though your nursing ability would nto be needed by anyone other than the immediate Hutchins family. Seems most of the employees just go away when they get hurt. Often, the hound dogs track the blood trail to the swamp and then nothing. I guess the gators get them. You'd think they would know better.

......... I am a nurse, I've worked in hospitals, I'd be completely clueless about farm work.......

I'm told Brother James has an excellent retraining program.

Emptying bed pans can be logically extended to slopping hogs.

Changing bandages can be compared to swabbing out pig butts.

Sticking a pill down someone's throat is a natural talent for atificial insemination.

I make over $30/hour, I don't need any form of financial support. Mr.Tannor, I specialize in psychiatric nursing, I don't empty bedpans and there is very little changing of bandages to be done, except for the self mutilators and suicide attempts. I don't force pills down peoples throats either, they just swallow them on their own.

Brother Tannor, I already treat my workers extraordinarily. I do not not want to add to it and spoil them for any other job (though not one worker has ever left my employ and been seen at another job site). Being she is a nurse, it is possible, I could use her in the main house though I need a picture and her dress size and so on. We already have a uniform, she would need to fit it. I am not going to let a perfectly good piece of mildly stained clothing go to waste.
Now, if she chooses not to work in the main house and wants to deal with the labor, I might have a position for her. Being she has mental case training, maybe she could deal with the messicans, Every single one of them is crazy nuts. Spouting gibberish at 100 miles an hour, wearing those gangland bandannas, eating who knows what.
I tell you, if it were not that every single one is severely indentured to Hutchins Personal Lending Corp, I'd get rid of them. But as a God fearing American, I feel it is my responsibility to provide them with jobs to enable them to pay back their debts to society. I absolutely refuse to outsource the work.
