    Hi all

    Hello all.

First of all, my apologies for posting in one of your forums before making a proper introduction of myself.

However there is not that much to say about me. I am 24 years old. I live for myself in Denmark, studying IT. And up until now religion never filled any major part in my life.

That is about to change. Lately, after a friend gave me link to this forum i started to read material in your forums. I was skeptical at first, but I like the idea of reading the bible for what it is, God's words to mankind. That is why I will now start reading the KJV, and hopefully see the light. Should I come across anything hard to grasp, I hope I can ask for clarification in here (and of course I will try to use the search engine, before asking to many dumb questions).

Feel free to ask any further questions about me.

Are you male or female? Married? Do you have any sons? If male, what guns do you own? If female, what sort of pies do you bake? What is your favorite verse from the KJB1611? How much do you love Jesus?

      Re: Hi all

I am male unfortunately unmarried, and do not have any sons.
Where I live it is illegal to own firearms, unless you have a hunting license, and even then the selection you can buy from is very limited. If I could own a gun without risking prison, I would settle for the Barrett M82A1.

About my favorite bible quotes, I don't have that many to choose from, since I just started reading it. But a few lines from the Genesis I like is (Forgive me if I don't reference this right)

Genesis 3 23-24: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

It makes up a very nice point. That God will not hesitate to punish one, should one not follow his rules. Correct me if I am all wrong.

On the question on how much I love Jesus? I do not know really, but I do not see any reasons not to like him.

Hi PBTL. I hope that The Lord will not punish you for being 24 and not married.

I am absolutely shocked by this answer. I thought you would be better than that "PraisedBeTheLight". The correct answer is Matthew 22:37, Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. It does not say, "Oh Jesus seems pretty okay." You will be damned for this kind of talk. And being damned is no fun. Luke 16:23, 24, 23And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

          And Hell is never ending.
