Hello my Bros and Sisses!

I do not know where I was lost that it took me this long to find an online gathering such as this where we all can have meaningful discussions about our lord and praise and worship him.

Now to answer the questions that Ive been asked in the introduction forum- I've always been going to a catholic church, it has a few drawbacks, but in the end, we are all working to glorify the same lord that other denominations are glorifying.

My favorite bible verse has got to be Jeremiah 29:11- "For I know the plans I have for you" declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future"

I hope this post gave you all some good insight about me... im excited to get to know you all and to start feeling like a part of the family at Landover.

Oh by the way, Im a democrat. I hope that isn't going to be a problem.

Why such anger, and trashy name calling? Imagine what our lord must be thinking everytime you call a catholic a "catterlick." I bet he does not appreciate it- after all, us Catholics are also worshipping Him, glorifying Him. We partake in communion just as you all, which further solidifies our belief in him. Please don't get me wrong- Im not saying Catholicism is perfect, but none of the denominations are. Everyone has some flaws, and despite those flaws, our mighty savior accepts us all. Can't we all simply get along together and glorify him?

I was not quoting from the KJV, unfortunately I do not have a copy of the KJV version, it was too expensive. I quoted it from ESV study bible.

I am not married- you know how hard it is to find a suitable virgin these days who would genuinely serve her husband and the lord.

I do appreciate you not bringing in my church association in question and slander me.

Even a Pastafarian knows that quote looks more like the NIV Collected Fairy tales than the KJV1611 Collected Fairy tales

Indeed, I realized it wasn't the KJV only after I had posted. Anyway don't mind our resident Pastafarian, he is a good chap and often chimes in, but is very welcoming nonetheless. I have been meaning to ask Jo when is Ramendon this year?
