I come from a broken home

Hello everyone. I come from a broken home but by the grace of God I have been saved and I am here to share my love of Jesus. I look forward to reading these boards.

Praise Jesus. What church do you attend, was it Mr. or Mrs.?

What are some of your favorite verses from the Holy Bible?
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

Who broke your home, do you need some glue, I have loads of it from when I was younger.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Hi Levi Jones. Sadly I live in an evil US city reminiscent of Gommorah. I don't have to tell you I am referring to Washington DC. For this reason I am categorically unsatisfied with all churches in this area. I hope to soon found my own church here.

          I am a Mister.

My favorite book in the Bible is I Samuel. I like these verses in particular from Chapter 1

4 And when the time was that Elkanah offered, he gave to Peninnah his wife, and to all her sons and her daughters, portions:

5 But unto Hannah he gave a worthy portion; for he loved Hannah: but the LORD had shut up her womb.

6 And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the LORD had shut up her womb.

7 And as he did so year by year, when she went up to the house of the LORD, so she provoked her; therefore she wept, and did not eat.

Hi James Hutchins. I hope you are not offering me glue as some sort of way to get "high". If that is not what you were implying then I apologize for making a hasty conclusion.

Hi Billy Bob Jenkins. No, I am thankfully not a bastard. Your question reminds me of the book of Galatians where we are taught of the story of Abraham's bastard child.

Thankful that I am not a bastard, that is for certain.

              That's not an introduction.

Hello Pastor Ezekiel and sorry about my weak introduction.

Like I said in another post, I currently reside in the Godless city of Washington DC. I am determined to either start my own church here or, failing that, move to a better, God-fearing town. For the time being I pray daily with a small group of like-minded believers in my basement.

I found Jesus one night at a bad point in my life. I was beginning to become a drunk, and one night I was stumbling home and took a wrong turn, ending up in front of a church. I slept there and when I woke up I attended services. I then realized my evil ways and did a complete 180. Thanks to Jesus.

And how old are you? What is your name? We can't call you "broken" can we?

Are you married? With children? What are your favorite verses?
