    Fear and Trembling!

    Glory to God, Fellow Christians!!

I am so tickled pink to be here in the midst of my holy, anointed brothers and sisters in the Lord! In vain have I searched for a forum full of godly men and women. I'll bet the knees are worn in your pants from your constant kneeling in prayer!

I, myself, am an avid prayer warrior and try to stay continually in the spirit. That's why my name here is Heavenly Minded. I can't take my mind off of Jesus and everything to do with him.

Hallelujah, brothers and sisters! I can't wait to visit your fine church in Freehold one day!

    In Christ,
    Heavenly Minded

      Re: Fear and Trembling!

What is my favorite verse? Well, that's going to take some time, but I think it would be from Matthew. Something along the lines of "Judge not, lest ye be judged." I just can't stand people who judge and thank that they are all the biggest sinners. I, myself, never judge if I can help it, unless the person disagrees with me about anything church related. Of course, God would never let me believe something untrue, so I go with my first impressions regarding people and don't let subsequent "facts" get in the way. My Lord will guide me, thank you very much.

Church membership? Oh, my! Here's where it all comes out: I am not in a loving church family anymore!!! Yes, brothers and sisters in Christ, you won't believe this, but I haven't found a church place to call home in a long time. Maybe Landover is the place, maybe not. But I was attracted to the sincere love of Christ which obviously abides here and the strong commitment to pure orthodoxy.

My husband? Oh, dear! I don't know what to say except that I am, er, uh, well, not with husband anymore and that's all I'm going to say about it!!! My, you church people are nosy! Reminds me of all the other churches I went to!

Well, I guess it's also only fair to say there that, frankly, I did used to be involved in charismatic ministry and left the whole Christian thing a few years ago. This looked like fun, so I signed up.

        Well, I see...

Here are a few of MY favorite verses. I hope you find them enlightening.

        On the subject of judgement:

        Leviticus 19:15
In righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

        John 7:24
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

        1 Corinthians 2:15
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

        1 Corinthians 5:12-13
For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

        1 Corinthians 6:2-3
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
As you can see, Jesus commands us True Christians™ to judge. These verses are direct and clear.

On the subject of women and their proper place:

        1 Corinthians 11:3
But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

        1 Corinthians 14:34-36
Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

        Ephesians 5:22-24
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

        Colossians 3:18
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.

        1 Timothy 2:11-15
Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing.

        1 Peter 3:1
Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands.
I hope that you are a Christian woman, and not some uppity feminazi poser, trying to weasel her way into God's favorite forum only to mock Jesus.

God has called you here for a reason. I strongly suggest that you spend some time reading the Holy Bible (KJV1611, of course) as well as some of these threads, that you might gain a greater understanding of True Christianity™.
        Who Will Jesus Damn?

A lot of people seem to get hung up on this; they feel God will not judge them so they feel they should not judge others. That's a slippery slope straight to hell.

Do they think we don't want to see everybody saved and living happily ever after under the authority of Jesus Christ and His Heavenly Army? Of course we do.

But the truth of the matter is that a very wide majority of retards, darkies, homers, beaners and chinks will be getting slapped around and gang raped by demon hordes for all eternity. Why? Because it say's so in the Bible. Because God / Jesus say so. And that's good enough for me.

Amen Brother Deaner. And what kind of Christians would we be if we stood by allowing that to happen, witholding our Righteous Judgement? That would be cruel.

I'm just tickled pink to be in the online company of so many loving Christians. It takes true love of God to curse people, make fun of them, in order to save them from a purely speculative notion of eternal damnation. The gang rape stuff by demons sounds new to me, but I'm sure if I'll just study my scriptures long enough, pray, and listen to infernal drivel, er, inspired preaching long enough, I'll get the picture.

It's hard being a pea-brained female, always under the authority of smart men whom God supplied to tell me what to do and to think for me. If I weren't such a fervent believer (and afraid of eternal damnation) I might think for myself a little and wonder why a bunch of old, domineering men wrote a book that is so thoroughly misogynistic. But that's silly!!

Eternal damnation is a purely speculative notion? Then you must know something that Jesus didn't:

Mark 9:43-44: And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

He obviously didn't think it was purely speculative.

It's good that you recognize the evil of thinking for yourself, and of course you know why God's stenographers wrote the Bible the way they did: God told them to. He wanted the Bible to be "thoroughly misogynistic" (and may Jesus have mercy on me for quoting your feminazi language, even to keep you from apostasy) so that the daughters of Eve would know their place.

Exactly. It's as cruel as anything imaginable. Yet fluffy-bunny liberal "Christians" tell us that Christian love requires it. What an inverted values system those people have.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

Questions to ask liberal "Christians"Things that the Bible doesn't sayTolerance
