Greetings fellow travellers. Friends just call me Papa McCain. I don't go to any church currently, none ring true. My favorite verse is from Genesis, "And God said let us make man in our image and likeness". Frightening to think that God may look like Rosie O'Donnell. I didn't really find Jesus, he found me. I had hit rock bottom, nearly homeless, hooked on drugs and alcohol and loose women I woke up on someone's front lawn, the sun blinding me at first. As my bloodshot eyes began to focus I saw a sign. It was on the back of a bus stop bench and said, "If your load is too heavy, call on Jesus" and it actually gave a phone number. I called, made an appointment with Jesus. The next day a little Mexican man driving a big truck pulled up and asked if he could help remove my load. I said, "Jesus?" and he said "Hey Seuss" from that point on whenever my burdon gets too be too much, I pick up a Dr. Seuss book and find my answer.
