Unsaved folks aren't allowed in the physical church, in accordance with II John 1:9-11.
We allow them here on the forum because that allows us to use the internet as an outreach ministry.
Pastor Billy-Reuben
2 John 1:10
"If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:" KJV
Doesn't this verse talk about the people that have other doctrines, such as Mormons? Also, I thought it was talking about not letting them in our houses. For example, I don't let Mormons in my house, so I go outside when they knock on my door and witness to them.
I was once lost and went to church. I'm glad I went to church because I was at church when Christ showed me that I was a filthy sinner worthy of Hell and that I needed to be saved.
Romans 10:9
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." KJV
I'm glad you went to Church too Brother.
Its truly wondeful to receive you here. Will you help us witness to the unsaved?
The devil, whose business is to pervert the truth, mimics the exact circumstance of the Divine Sacraments. He baptises his believers and promises forgiveness of sins...he celebrates the oblation of bread, and brings in the symbol of the resurrection. Let us therefore acknowledge the craftiness of the devil, who copied certain things of those that be divine."
Tertullian (155-222 AD) from The Prescription Against Heretics' Ch XL
I'm glad you went to Church too Brother.
Its truly wonderful to receive you here. Will you help us witness to the unsaved?
Yes, I would be glad to help you witness here. Lets keep this verse in mind while we witness though. I don't believe we'll help anyone, if we're mean to them.
Ephesians 4:15
"But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:" KJV
Romans 10:9
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." KJV
For example, I don't let Mormons in my house, so I go outside when they knock on my door and witness to them.
Do you have any particularly good stories to share about witnessing to them? We like to learn from one another's experiences in sharing the Word of God. For example, when a Mormon missionary started trying to recruit me into his false religion, I simply turned his own arguments against him and pointed out the contradictions in the doctrines that he had been preaching to me. I praise Jesus that He used me to start that sinner on the path out of the darkness of an internally contradictory mythology and into the light of KJV-only Christianity.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.
Oh my - I'm guessing you have those really pale Blue Eyes that are just all On Fire for Him
am I Right about that?
Actually no, I have brown eyes. I am on fire for Jesus though.
