There is nothing equal about women and men. Men are better than women at just about everything, especially matters of the intellect, and the ability to learn from mistakes and apply knowledge but also athletic ability.
Plus, men have penises, which is an obvious, external symbol of their inherent superiority. Penises are evidence that God has chosen men to rule over women.
Not to mention scripture:
