I'm sure that if I went over to your front yard in Florida, the cpolice would be fine with it. Unless you went out of your way to say that I was "disturbing the peace," or something - and I suppose the arguement could then be made that anyone can say that another is "disturbing the peace," and then they'd be prosecuted in return.

Actually, calling a moon "The Moon" is a name. It's like naming your pet rat "Rat." A name is simply a word that designates an animal or object.

Actually, there'd be no difference in the new moon. New moons are simply the lunar phase that occurs when the Moon, in its monthly orbital around Earth, lies between the Earth and the Sun, and is therefore in conjunction with the Sun as seen from Earth.
