Well in all honesty, i came here just as the subject of my post says.. Lost.. Having lost my Adoptive father a couple months back as well as my real biological sister i am lost as to what comes next in life and where i should turn. i just know in my heart that the lord is tugging me and i dont know the next step..

Here's my Salvation in the easy steps program.

1. I want you to bow your head and pray the sinners' prayer. Something like this will do as a start.

Dear Lord in Heaven, I know that I have sinned against you and I am not worthy to lick Your sandal strap. My evil thoughts and feelings separate me from You. I beseech You to forgive this worthless sinner. Please don't strike me dead here and now. I humbly beg you to help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your Son, Jesus Christ who is You, died temporarily for my sins. He was raised from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayers. I beg Jesus/You to become my Savior and the Lord of my life, to imprint Your Word into my mind so I don't have to think anymore. Please send your Holy Spirit to make me obey You and to make me feel guilty when I sin. My greatest purpose in life is to follow your example even though that's impossible, as you never sinned and I am lower than a dung beetle. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

2. Set up a generous tithing agreement with a True Christian™ church. The Lord loves a cheerful giver. I can't stress this part enough.

3. You will need to be Baptized by a True Christian™ Pastor. This can all be accomplished for a nominal fee. You could get it done for free from someone you don't know is Saved® or not. In such case, your Salvation™ is not guaranteed.

Pastor Levi may i please ask a question, how can i do this when i have no moeny at all , i barley have enough to get by and feed my family right now, yes i live with ym aunt but she does not work the stupid doctors of hers said she is not well when i know she is so i am helping ot supposrt my whole family right now

I don't see how that is an excuse. If a poor widow can give all she has, surely you can too for your eternal soul.

Mark 12:42-44 And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.
And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:
For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

Matthew 19:21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.

yes i could surely give some here and there i am sure, but to give everytime i would get paid would be putting my family to death really, without money in this day and age one does not eat, when one is poor to where they do not eat for days that is poor. i am sure the Lord understands neededing to care for your family as well, yes giving to your church is important but so is feeding your famiily so the ones who are sick can be fed and not Die from diabtes from not eating

and pastor i did say the prayor but i do not have a cent to my name anywhere right now my bank is actually minus over 300$ for the moment. I wish for simplier times when money didint rule almost every aspect of life for most things.

You should find great comfort in your 1611 King James Bible.

Matthew 6:19-21 -- Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Are not treasures in heaven compelling enough for you to give until it hurts? And why are you even bothering to worry your pretty little head when those holy God-breathed words ensure us:

Matthew 6:26-33 -- Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? I cannot give to the Lord untill i actually have Something to give . When one has nothing at all they can't give, and when i do have to give who would i even give it to where would i find a TRUE church i am so confused

This is a wrong outlook - one that leads to eternal torment in the lake of fire. You are not giving anything when you tithe; you are simply returning to the LORD what is already His.

Psalm 24:1
