Hello all! Salutations from Selma. I am a holy woman blessed with the hand of He who created all! I cannot wait to begin swapping scriptures and fighting the tail of Satan with you all. I go to Landover and love love lovePastor Ezekiel there. Not as much as my dear husband and Father, of course, but that goes without saying! PTL!

I have three children already and delight in teaching them the ways of a true Christian upbringing. No TV, no radio, and of course no dancing. Gyrations are the devil's favorite dance move, and we will have none of that!

My favorite bible verse is Leviticus 6:12 "And He sayeth, the man who does not dance beeth no friend of mine"

I don't want to be God's friend...I want to be His daughter! LOL!

Well hello there B&P.

Your introduction seemed quite righteous and Godly, but you seemed to have confused Leviticus 6:12 with some 80's pop music lyrics.

That scripture should read like this:

"And the fire upon the altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out: and the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order upon it; and he shall burn thereon the fat of the peace offerings."

Very Godly scripture, but it doesn't really have anything to do with dancing.

Do you have any other verses you enjoy, preferably those that actually come from the Bible?

Yes of course, and I cannot tell you how embarrassed I am to have posted such garbage right out of the gate. Satan works within me as of late, and I am fearful of his influence. Here's another bible verse you might like:

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

Because, of course, you assumed that True Christians™ are so ignorant of the world surrounding us that we'd have no clue, and that we are also so ignorant of the Bible (as most false Christians are) that we wouldn't know you were LYING about the Bible.

Now, you beg "Father" to forgive you.

Unless that reference is to God Himself, you are a Papist.

Oh no, sir, I would NEVER assume your ignorance. I asked one of my Soldiers for Christ to tell me the verse and he spewed that garbage. My husband is currently beating the word into him with a rod. I am fearful that Satan's scaly grip is firm on him and I worry deeply about his salvation. I hope that this forum can teach me how to beat the love of GOD into him. I did not mean to present false word. I know the true verse, and was led astray by Satan working through my son. Let's all work to help him be better.

Well, the first thing you need to do on your path to Salvation is to use the proper Bible. This verse you posted comes from the heretical NIV.

The only Bible that we use here is the KJV Bible, because its the only Bible to render God's Word perfectly.

If they don't have things called "bookstores" where you live, or even "supermarkets", you can also buy one on Amazon.com as hardcopy or as an e-book. Or you can visit your local Baptist church, who will happily give you one free.

And to answer an earlier question, I have three soldiers for Christ. All boys! My husband took to beating me with a rod during the last stages of my hideous and unsightly pregnancies, which beat the girl right out of all three of them. Praise Jesus!
