Homers shouldn't be allowed to use Facebook or the internet at all. They only use it for recruiting young victims into their deathstyle of ritualistic rape, sodomy, fornication, and anal buggery. Prisoners aren't allowed to use the interweb while they're in jail, otherwise they would be stalking or hacking more victims. Likewise, sex-offenders should be restricted from using the internet.
