Inspired to join after 1/9 shootings

Hello and greetings to my fellow followers of The Lord Jesus Christ, The One True God, The Holy Spirit, and the True and emmaculate Word of God himself (The Holy Bible). Feel the warmth of His salvation!

I felt compelled to join a devout Christian forum after 1/9. Before this event I found myself being complacent about the evil and wickedness in the world. I thought that God was happy and s--tan was in check after the elections to kick out the liberals. But instead satan unleashed his fury. The atheist communist SCUM BAG shooter went after an abortion loving democrat and killed many innocents along the way. Im not going to sit by quietly and let this happen. I am going to start speaking out against the godless evil atheists that have no morals and do these unspeakable things. We need to change the things that our kids are tought in school that lead to godless atheism. I feel helpless. What can I do to help? I would like to pick up a sword (figuratively) and fight (firguratively) for Jesus Christ to get this nation back on track.

I don't understand. Gabrielle Giffords is a pro-baby-killing, pro-obamacare Jewish Demoncrat. How is this Satan unleashing his fury? How could the people there to worship this "woman" be called "innocent"?

You're nothing more than unsaved trash who thinks he can just barge into a Christian forum under the assumption that we have some bash-the-atheists fest here. I for one will not cheer you on, "sis".

Atheists aren't God's main enemy. While immoral, they are honest about their beliefs. The problem lies with so-called Fluffy Bunny Christians who pervert and corrupt Christianity to avoid persecution. Or loons like yourself who feel "energized" because of the actions of another loon.

True Christianity is very hard to master. As unsaved trash, your position should be one of humility and subservience until you've been informed otherwise. Thanks.

God is not Love.

God is the almighty Creator of the Universe, the Judge, Jury, and Executioner of all Evil, the Eternal Torturer of all who deny Him.

He is not an emotion, nor is He some fluffy-bunny concept.

I suggest, as my brother GOD=Life has recommended, that you actually read the Bible.

Well that's a common misunderstanding hon' and is based on some nancy concept of what love is. My family may have loved our family dog jack but that didn't stop us from leading him out into the woods and putting a slug of lead in him when he started showing his sinful nature all over our new carpets. And my husband and I sure love our children but it's because of that love that we lock them in the cellar of sin for the weekend (we'd originally followed good word of the bible and would stone them but it turns out that Satan has the ear of child protective services) if we were to catch them making a mockery of the lord's commandments.

God's "love" as john refers to it is the tough love of righteousness. Why only a almighty being who didn't love his children would let them suffer with sin or more importantly let the saved suffer with other people's sins. Sinners are like a lame horse you see, you just can't run the race to salvation with broken morals. By sending them to that burning lake he gives them the gift of opening their disillusion little eyes (often as their eyelids are peeled from their skulls by demons) to just what truly disgusting and wretched creatures they really are. Just because Jesus died for people's sins doesn't mean they can't too!

God is not a warm-fuzzy concept or an emotion, which is what Miss Devine Love was putting forth as the nature of God.

Pay attention to the context of a discussion instead of cherry-picking whatever you like, KJV Defiler.
