Re: What Religions are acceptable
Landover Baptist is not a religion. It is but a church. Our religion is True Christianity™, which is the only religion acceptable to Our Lord and Savior. You'll find a lot of people that say they're "Christians" but most don't follow the KJV Bible to the letter they aren't True Christians™ and therefore are nor accepted by the Lord.Originally posted by AndrewStn View PostWhat religions are accepted by The Lord besides Landover Baptist? The Big-Bang: GOD spoke and, BANG, the universe was formed.

None, I presume. Only Landover follows the word of God exactly and as it was written.
And how about a little more about yourself? Like: what faith are you?

Exactly, we are quite tolerant of any other churches that don't try to manipulate the true Word Of GOD.Originally posted by James Dewitt View PostReally, any Independent Baptist Church that follows the entire Bible.6A woman came up to me the other day, 12/6/2016 and said:
"But Mr. Winner, if GOD loves everyone then why is there so much suffering in the world?"
Because GOD doesn't love everyone. Too many people have this absurd idea in their heads that GOD is all loving.
If he was all loving, then murderers, thieves and homosexuals would be waiting for you in Heaven.
GOD doesn't open his gate to just anyone. Being a True Christian™ is like a Queue Jump ticket at Disney, we are guaranteed a ride with JESUS.

We do see the odd one pop up on the radar.Originally posted by LizzyP View PostNone, I presume. Only Landover follows the word of God exactly and as it was written.

Pastor Anderson in Arizona is a True Christian as far as I can tell. And I'm sure there are a lot of small churches about that are True Bible Believing Christians. We have a few differences with them such as women voting, but it's something that should be debated amongst the pastors, not a critical flaw in their belief system.Drama queen

I do not label myself, I simply follow God, His son and their Holy Word. I would assume that to make me one of you.Originally posted by LizzyP View PostNone, I presume. Only Landover follows the word of God exactly and as it was written.

I know. I thought I knew what I was talking about when I answered the question, but after I submitted it I found I was wrong. I would fix it if I could, but fixing it would be to easy, I deserve everything I get for misuse of my loose tongue. I have to learn more before answering other people's questions..

Depends....Originally posted by AndrewStn View PostI do not label myself, I simply follow God, His son and their Holy Word. I would assume that to make me one of you.
- Have you been baptized properly? As an adult with full immersion by a proper pastor?
- Do you really follow the Holy Word? What version? Even the "icky" stuff?
- What version of the Bible do you use?
- How many rules in the Bible must we follow?
And that's just a start. Before you are accepted into our church as a True Christian(TM) there is the DoF investigation and a number of interviews with Pastors.Drama queen

I once joined a pilgrimage to the Holy Land with a group from Cornerstone Church in San Antonio. I was already Saved(r) by then, but several people in the group were baptized in the River Jordan by Pastor John C. Hagee himself! Are you saying that you had such a fortuitous baptism? How thrilling!Originally posted by AndrewStn View PostI have been baptized by the holiest man in Texas, a subjective opinion of course.II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power

The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Rushdoony

Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
