Seems to me that you need to start with the fundamentals. You don't think there are faggots who like sports and ribs? (OK, so it might be tennis and boneless riblets, but you get the point.) You have more problems than worrying about what kind of trash music suits your fancy. Get your head straight and get right with God, then worry about music. Go to a Godly Baptist church and stick to music in the hymnal in the mean time if it's that important to you. First things first.

I grew up with that same "gays are evil" teachings, but the fact still remains that the OP mentioned nothing about gays or the gay lifestyle or anything of the sort.
