Now you're just expressing a profound misunderstanding of the Bible, friend. Let me clear it up for you.

"But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also." Matthew 5:39

Take special notice of when Jesus mentions the strike being on the right cheek. There's a meaning for that. Most people are right-handed, so for them to strike somebody on the right cheek it would have to be a back-handed slap. A back-handed slap is universally understood to be insulting, and is usually used as a sign of punishment or abuse. To turn the other cheek would force the person to hit you in a way that shows you are an equal, and is actually showing you're very aware of their insult and refuse to accept it.

Nowhere does Jesus tell us to just lay down and be doormats.

Sura 4:89 “seize them and slay them wherever you find them: and in any case take no friends or helpers from their ranks.”

Sura 3:56 “As for those disbelieving infidels, I will punish them with a terrible agony in this world and the next. They have no one to help or save them.”

Sura 5:51: “O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: they are but friends and protectors to each other. And he among you that turns to them for friendship is of them.” This friendship makes any Muslim a enemy of their own and deserving of the same fate as the unbeliever. This is because God does not guide an unjust people.

Sura 5:72 “They are surely infidels who say; ‘God is the Christ, the Messiah, the son of Mary.”

Sura 8:12 cp. 8:60 “Instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers”; “smite above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them”


Sura 2:193 “And fight with them until there is no persecution, and religion should be only for Allah”


That doesn't exactly read like "take your guitar and sandals and go sing Kumbaya with non-mooslims", now does it?

I want to thank Lycia for the only person on this thread who has not bashed me. Lycia, if I have offended you, I am deeply sorry. I know that you are probably a person who has suffered deeply in their life, being an ex-prostitute, and have found God for the reason of saving yourself. You are definitely a real Christian, who uses their beliefs to better yourself and to help those around you.

As for everybody else, you only use your religion as a personal status token. You are not real Christians, I am more Christian than any of you. A real Christian wouldn't use their freedom of speech to slander anybody else. All I have learned about Christianity in this forum is that they are spiteful and will team up on you if you differ in their beliefs, and state your opinion only to be met with close-mindedness. Lycia, I am not referring to you.

All of you people are gullible to the truth, you will not open your mind to any other opinion, yet only view everything from a biased Christian perception.

See son, you make no sense, like I have been saying all along. How can you be an atheist and not know anything about Christianity? It is like saying you have never eaten a gelato and not even know what it is.

No one jumped you, they did correct your errors. We are not your parents. We do not think every word you vomit is precious. You are among adults and as such, can expect to be treated as such.
