Says to wear a hat while praying or prophesying. Doesn't say I can't talk to a man without my head covered.

No Miss, I don't think you do. Following that line of "reasoning", you would need to keep your head covered at all times, not just when talking to men.

Thanks for all the questions though. It's helping me with my hours. If I pass my goal of 90 hours of preaching this month my husband says he'll buy me a new prairie skirt.

Although I came to find the lord in prison after committing assault on a homer, I consider myself right holy! This is my first time posting in here. You all sure do let the women have a lot to say. I attend Holy Waters baptist Church and my favorite scripture is Genesis 3:16 "I will greatly increase your pains in childbearing; with pain will you give birth to children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you."
