    A Big Hello From..

    Me. Yea, you guessed it.

Hey, my names Pete, my parents were fully aware of the biblical name and that is why they named me Peter.

I live in a small town called Mineral Bluffs, Georgia.

    I am against gay marriage

I deeply believe in God and all of his teachings.

But I do not believe that video games are turning our children gay, nor is Lego.

I go agaisnt Jeb when i say there is a safe and livable world outside of gated communities. There aren't terrorists everywhere you go, and I generally still have faith in America.

I don't believe this site is extreme, I see a bunch of people who arent pussies, and are just saying what everybody else thinks, 95% of the time.

And I hope to make a contribution to somebodies life, and hope somebody can make one to mine.

    Thanks for reading.

    Cheers!

I am 37 years of age, and I attend a church namedMineral Bluff First Baptist, here in Mineral Buff, GA.

I'd also like to mention that my favorite scripture verse is Jeremiah 29:11. It has given me hope when there was none to be found. What's your favorite?

Thanks for welcoming me so warmly, despite my difference in view and opinion. I'm glad we can discuss things by looking at what we agree upon, rather than our disagreements.

        Welcome Peter.
I'm sure our differences can be set aside once you get to know us and realize that we merely wish to guide people to The Truth about Jesus.

Well, as a True Christian™ Pastor, I have to admit that my favorite verse changes alot. At the moment I've been quite fond of this one.

James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all

We follow the entire Holy Bible, not just the parts that "feel good."

By the way, is that First Baptist out on Lakewood Highway? I believe I was honored to be a guest preacher on Sunday a few months ago. I can't for the life of me recall the head pastor's name though...

Anyway, welcome and have a look around. Ask if you have any questions.

How can you forget Pastor Big Foot? We always joke that Chuck is the shortest man ever to touch a Holy Bible. Lord forbid he ever finds out, hahaha! Oh mercy. I remember when I was a young'n, I'd always burp really loud in the church, and he'd always say "Peeta' Franklin, you Needa' Spankin!" and he thought he was being so clever.

What did you speak about when you came by those months ago? I find it amazing that you've taken the time to come to a church as small as ours. Did you come by in August? I was absent for the entire month.

We visited family in Atlanta, it was the anniversary of my Cousin Bobby's death in Iraq in 2003. We still remember him to this day. But I always remembered Psalms 30:5 when my spirits were low.

I just have a question though. How come you put a trademark symbol next to some of your phrases like "The Truth" or "Christianity". Is Christianity a corporation? I thought corporations were about money.

The trademark reminds the world that while there is a proliferation of sects and false churches during these troubled times, only one -- Landover Baptist -- is certifiably the True Church.

This is an evil among all things that are done under the sun, that there is one event unto all: yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead. Ecclesiastes 9:3

These are evil times indeed. Christ is our bulwark and our buckler; He shall not fail.
