    Hello Everyone

    Hello

    Although at first your irrational views seemed to be extreme, however there may be some truth (or as you think the whole truth) in what you are saying. I am not going to judge (as that is not my place to say anything against you believes as they are you own).


    Anyway I just wanted to say hi and will be interested in reading some of the information of the forum

    Welcome Ben. Please tell us something about yourself. How old are you? What denomination? Favorite Bible verses?

      I am 25 years of age and hail for the North-East of england. Currently I am a Protestant, a baptist to be more specific, however a move to a different denomination of the faith is possible, if not favorable.


      And one of my favorite verses is;


      Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he [it is] that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it.

      Deuteronomy 31:6-7

        Baptists are not Protestants. Protestants had the good sense to realize how lost the Catholic church is, but they still don't have it quite right. Baptists are not an offshoot of the Catholics, as the Catholics like to claim. In 100 AD, all Christians were Baptists. Emperor Constantine invented Catholicism centuries later.

          However I would be Protestant. I live in the Uk and the baptists here are a off shoot of the Church of England. Created for many reasons I am sure you are aware of, the type of baptist I am differs from your own, making me of a different area of faith.

          In this case both of us are correct.
