  • my introduction

    hello, all.

i am a 21 year old cadet in the NROTC program at my university, and i will be joining the Marine Corps next year. i believe God has called me to serve him and my country, and i am ready to lay down my life for him.

it is my belief that everyone is our equal, and worthy of reading the Gospel, and that anyone no matter what ethnicity, race, political view, or sexuality can be saved if he/she is on fire for God and thanks him for every blessing in his/her life.

i will help a friend in need, no matter who they are. i put the value of their lives over mine.

i am an Episcopalian, and my favorite verse is Romans 8:28

    Welcome friend.

In reference to your second paragraph on being saved, please refer to my signature verse. You'll see it takes more than being on fire and being grateful. I can't say it better than God!

But whosoever shall deny me before men,
him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
    ~Matt. 10:33

thank you for the kind words

it is my firm belief that God does not SEND people to hell, they CHOOSE to go to hell

we cannot condemn any one group of people, but if we reach out and be compassionate with them, treat them as equals, become friends, they will find the glory of God

Friend, I certainly believe that people choose their own eternity.

As for the rest of your post, kindly show me where it says that in the Bible. Thank you.

who thought it was funny to call me wildrat? i'm sorry if my opinion if different than yours, but i believe i have the right to say what i believe to be true

to answer your question petitionlady, look at Luke 10:27

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength, and with all your mind, and love your neighbor as yourself"

            and Colosians 3:12-13

"Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord Forgave you."

to me, if we follow these words, our light will shine and guide others to his glory

Friend, you're picking and choosing verses now. Don't you know you have to take the Bible in whole? Not just what you choose to select?

You need to set some daily time aside to read the entire Bible and see what God has to say about those who reject Him. It's not pretty. (We're seeing this now in Japan.)

Firstly, unsaved scum such as yourself are hardly my neighbor. Nor are the queers, witches, atheists and joos you defend. Without repentance, there can be no Salvation.

If you were a Christian, you would know that.

You would also know that the only TRUE Word of God is the KJV1611 Authorized Version Bible. Read my sermon on the subject HERE.

The Word of God can be had for free if you just visit your local Independant Baptist Church and ask the Pastor for one. Make sure you ask specifically for a KJV1611 Authorized Version Bible.

Also you can read one online at www.biblegateway.com. And for your assisted reading pleasure, Brother V has got a wonderful thread going HERE called "Bible in a Year."
