Innocent Surfer, I have been thinking about it overnight and I am not very happy with my previous post. I myself am new to the forum and this time I got it wrong and was mean. So for that I am sorry.

If you have come here seeking answers the best I can do is offer you what I have learned so far in life.

Outside of Landover Baptist Church most christians you meet are lukewarm christians. Very few of them have actually read the Bible fully, they do not know its true meaning. Do not listen to them.

Do not go to Bible reading classes. They will distort the Bible, pick out the bits they want you to hear and then teach you to read it as they do.

The Bible is Devinely inspired. This means it has been fully edited by God. If you read it as a small child would read it, the message you get is the true message. Do not let anyone tell you differently. The words do not need to be 'interpreted'.

Read your Bible,

but start with a truly open mind. Try to forget what you have previously been told. Pick up your Bible, start at the first line of Genesis and read till the last Amen in Revelation. It will take time, carefully consider each page and your true feelings about what you read.

If you do this I believe you will grow to be a truly good man,

I'm wondering what makes you believe that you're a Christian? What denomination are you? Have you actually read and studied the Holy Bible?

I'm sure we'd all love to hear about your relationship with Jesus more than your insect collection.
