  • A short introduction

First I must apologise for not making this post my first on this forum. I forgot that there is a place and time for everything and spoke out of line.

    Ecclesiastes 3:1,7

But now onto a short presentation of myself.

I have been brought up from when I was young to listen to the Lord and to be an ardent Church goer so I found Jesus being very young. My parents were members of the Church of Sweden and brought me there from before I was born. Unfortunatly that Church since then has left the Word and now left me Churchless. When the bishops of my now ex Church as the final straw came out and spoke for the blessing of unnatural unions in the flesh I felt that I could no longer be a part of it and demitted.

Thus I am now out to seek the True Light and my search led me to this forum.

I must say that most of my favorite parts of the Holy Bible can be found in Revelation as it is there I find the greatest hope for the future. A future where the reign of Satan has been cast down and where the Lord Christ reigns supreme.

    Revelation 21:1-3
    Revelation 22:13-14

May the peace of the Lord shine upon all True Christians.
    Revelation 22:13-14

Hello. Welcome to this Bible believing forum.

What's with the weird clothes? Why is he dressed like a pope?

Her decision has prompted the head of the Swedish church, Archbishop Anders Wejryd, to issue a public statement expressing his disapproval at the royal couple choosing to add the Anglo-Saxon tradition to their wedding ceremony. He said, "Being given away is a new phenomenon which occasionally occurs in the Church of Sweden. I usually advise against it, as our marriage ceremony is so clear on the subject of the spouses' equality. The couple know where I stand on this matter."

      Welcome, Shibbolet(h?) !!!

I too have a fondness for the Book of Revelation...it just seems so hopeful, you know?

I too wondered whether his name referred to Judges 12:4-6.

          My dear friend

I pity you for being stuck in the godless socialist country of Sweden, but am also encouraged to see your bravery in leaving the false Lutheran Church of Sweden and to stand up for true Christian values.

I'm glad my ancestors chose to leave Scandinavia and come here. I have several problems with my family right now due to my failure as a true Christian, but at least I'm in God's own nation America, and not surronded by faithless liberal Swedes. I admire you for surviving in such a harsh and unfriendly enviorment and I greatly encourage to emigrate here to America as soon as possible.

I wouldn't be bragging too much. MN is not exactly the most hospitable, livable state in the USA. I understand the weather is as miserable as it is in Scandinavia.

Welcome, friend. The Baptist Church has been hiding in plain sight. Have you not stumbled over it until now? Even in Swedenistan the light of the True Church must have nearly blinded you at least once.
Leviticus 13:44 He is a leprous man, he is UNCLEAN: the priest shall pronounce him utterly UNCLEAN; his plague is in his head.

2 Kings 6:25 And there was a great famine in Samaria: and, behold, they besieged it, until an ass's head was sold for fourscore pieces of silver, and the fourth part of a cab of dove's dung for five pieces of silver.

                Re: A short introduction

I was not aware of this site earlier or I would have come here sooner. One of the communist newspapers in Sweden guided me in the right direction when publishing an article crying over the True Gospel being preached at this site denouncing the foul Mumins.

By experience I know that what they condemn is the route I should take when it comes to matters of morale and faith so now I am here.It is amazing how sometimes God even works through unworthy heathens and communists setting an example for us what we should not be like.

Can someone please tell me what Schibbolet means? Is it a name or some kind of disease?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

I might be wrong but I belive Schibbolet is what the swedish "bible" call Shibboleth. (as mentioned in Judges 12:6)

The proper English spelling is Shibboleth. It is a word that was used in Judges to separate the enemies of God from the True Israelites. The enemies of God could not pronounce it correctly and thus were slain as they tried to cross a river. The word itself means either a small stream/torrent, or a stalk of grain depending on the context.
