What age do boys become men?

Hello all,
This is my first post and I'd just like to say I'm very excited to join in discussions here and learn as much as I can.
I'd just like to know at what age is it no longer ok to have sex with altar boys? I don't want to become a dirty homer so I want to make sure I discard them and move onto younger blood before they are "men" in the yes of the Lord.
