    Re: ehm hi

I do try not to lie mister Stringy Bean.
You could do some research before accusing someone of lying. Doesn't the Holy Bible say "Judge not, that ye be not judged.
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again."

A quick search result on google for 'Jezus', the Dutch spelling of our Lord and Savior would give you many results that support my claim that it is the name Dutch people use, even for someone not mighty in the Dutch language.

You mention my countrymen being God mockers and the like. But even if my father is such a person, if my mother is one, if my brothers are. Does that make me one too? Doesn't the Holy Bible say: "The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him."

[size=1pt]Ps I said I spoke Dutch, not that I am Dutch. I am from Belgium, not the Netherlands, we don't have wooden shoes or dams.[/size

Pastor Ezekiel. Thank you very much for providing these links. I had already read the contents of these topics. But to make sure I will not forget, I have read them again.

You're thinking of Matthew 7:1-2. If you take the verse in context it is a prohibition against hypocrisy, not a condemnation of judgment.

The Bible says in Lev 19:15 "In righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour."

You would know this had you read the links Pastor Ezekiel so kindly provided.

Although the term is similar, it is certainly not the "name which is above every name" that is mentioned by Paul in his epistle to the Phillipians. Were you a Christian as you try to lead us to believe, you would know the correct spelling of "Jesus," as it occurs OVER 900 TIMES in the Bible.

It doesn't necessarily force you to be a Godmocker; everyone has free will. You're just very likely to be one considering your demographic.

      Even more of a challenge.

I think you're lying. If you had, why did we need to explain Matthew 7 to you?

I quoted that specific verse not because he was judging, but because he was judging without any background information.

It also occurs over 900 times in the Dutch translation of the Bible.
I didn't learn English until later in life, so I wasn't able to read a Bible that named Jesus correctly.

But it's not my past that is important, is it? It is about my current behaviour and my current beliefs now that I have turned to God.

Well I'll just have to prove my sincerity to you with my contribution on this forum then.

Please do. I'll keep an eye on you and try to guide you where I can.

I hope that through my example you can learn what the Bible really says, and start to see who Jesus really is, instead of all the misconceptions you probably have right now.
