i have never been religious i think, but i would like to know how i can become a christian accept Jesus Christ and God into my life, i also need to know how to explain my brother, he is only 12
plz help me and my family find salvation!!!!!

I see how that could be a problem for you. Take advice from this thread, and simply compartmentalize your reason and your faith. It is entirely fine to be a thinking, religious person. You just need to hold the fact claims of religion to a lower standard of evidence than other claims. It is called faith.

Well, friend, you might not know it, but you are already on the path to Salvation. You took the first step by admitting that you are a worthless sinner.

The next step will be to repent and turn away from your sin. Then you will need to believe that Jesus Christ died for you, was buried, and rose from the dead. Finally, you will need to pray and ask Jesus into your life and become your personal savior. You will need to pray (and mean it!) something like the following:

Dear Lord,
I am a worthless, wretched sinner, and I know that nothing I can do on my own will ever be good enough for you. I know that I deserve an eternity of brutal torment in Hell as punishment for my sins, but I am asking you for forgiveness and mercy. I am willing to stop sinning. I now invite Jesus Christ to come into my heart and life as my Personal Savior.

Then, you will need to study the Bible and pray every day. You will need to be baptized and to become a tithing member of a Bible-believing Baptist church such as Landover Baptist. Finally, tell anyone and everyone you know about Jesus. Don't let any of your friends and family end up in Hell.
