A company that openly hires Homosexuals. No doubt they have an on-premise bath house for the employees to 'share' in.

I used to be the bartender at the Oyster Point Marina Inn, which is practically next door to Genentech, and I know from having had many Genentech employees as my regular customers that those people are truly into some sick, secular stuff.

For example, they have an ongoing, inter-departmental beer brewing competition, where the different departments try to out-do each other's efforts to create intoxicating substances.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if they're also running a few meth labs in that place.

When I was recruited to work for the company I stayed two nights at the Oyster Point Marina Inn. One of the bartenders, a Brazilian gal, happened to be celebrating her birthday the night of my arrival. I witnessed lewd behavior and debauchery like I had never seen before.

I was not yet saved at that time, so I accepted her invitation and joined in. I was in a rather haggard, foggy state when I interviewed the following day, but was hired nonetheless.

These days, should I find myself assigned to a location for work and confronted with such satanic behavior I would seclude myself to my room at once and immerse myself into scripture.

Pacifica is a beautiful place, I pass through there regularly on my way to work.

Tell me, who's your pastor? I might know him.

He goes by the name Bill W. and ministers to a dedicated flock on the peninsula and coastside, though I have a feeling he has a much greater following outside of our communities. I meet with my congregation twice per week for fellowship and prayer.

Pacifica is a cesspool of meth addicts and adulterers. The only good thing you can say about it is that it's not San Francisco.

As for this Bill W, what you're saying is that you go to AA meetings, and not a Baptist church. I haven't had much luck finding a decent Baptist church around these parts, so if you find one, please let me know.

Yes, I do go to AA meetings and they have played a crucial role in bringing me to the Light that is Our Lord Jesus Christ. I agree with you in that I have yet to find a decent Baptist church around these parts, and would request likewise that you kindly let me know should you find a worthy one.

What if some drunk wants to say his higher power is Krishna or Buddha or some such nonsense!?

Get this: My mom, who's been a member of Overeaters Anonymous for nearly four decades, once toyed with the idea that she could consider her cat to be her higher power!

1. Accept Jesus as your personal savior.
2. Get a KJV Bible- read it, memorize it, live it every day.
3. Attend a good, fundamentalist church.

Thank you all for the warnings and advice.

1. I have accepted Jesus as my personal savior and higher power
2. I have three KJV bibles, one at home, one in the car, and one at work
3. I was baptized both as a newborn child (in Belgium) as well as a 20 year old, at First Baptist Church in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

I was engaged to be wed to the daughter of the minister who baptized me. Unfortunately and much to the disgrace of her family she found need to taste the flesh of another prior to our marriage. Since she was no longer a virgin and had desecrated the commitment we made before Our Lord the plans to wed were cancelled. It was the beginning of a dark and turbulent time for me, albeit in the end I am grateful to have survived it, stronger of character and stronger of faith.

I learned years later that she had married a Semite lawyer from New York, after obtaining her doctorate in "Art History" (pornography). Apparently she was living in a very small studio and working at an even smaller "art gallery", more likely an excuse for displaying pornography no doubt. Our Lord knows she is paying the price, as she clearly would have been much happier staying home, caring for our children, keeping the house clean, and preparing and serving us proper food.

I am grateful for your continued guidance.
