There is no difference between saying the USA is an ignorant country, and saying the USA is a country filled with ignorant people. A country is an extended community of people. You make yourself appear not ignorant, but stupid, when you make such fuzzy distinctions. But when you say that stupidity is part of the definition of ignorance, that is when you reveal your ignorance. So you are both stupid and ignorant.

Sure I want to come here to get education but why would I want to live in USA? it is filled with ignorance, liers, fat people, illegal immigrants etc. Surely you agree with me that the image that USA has is not a positive one?
