Well, I'm not impressed

I was born into a Seventh Day Adventist household, and as most young children do, I believed whatever my parents told me. I lived a normal Christian life until the age of about 15. I began doubting god and the bible and pretty much every teaching the Christian church stands for. I began reading extensively on a variety of topics and came to the conclusion that Christianity is false. This was after much pray and asking for god to reveal himself which, to this day, he has never done. So here I stand, a "lost soul" and a devout Secular humanist. I come to forums like these to debate and find out what different Christians believe. I am not hateful or resentful toward the Christian Church, I simply just don't believe. Though as for complaining about Christians here are some slightly strange things with this forum. Within an hour of joining this site, my avatar was changed, although it was not inappropriate, and I have read some of the members of this site bash others for having "incorrect beliefs". While still others call logic a "false god" that leads to death. I am writing this very fast so if there are errors i do apologize. Good day to all.

I come to forums like these to debate and find out what different Christians believe...I have read some of the members of this site bash others for having "incorrect beliefs".

This forum isn't for monkey worshippers to come and "debate" us. It's here to witness the Word of God! As for your problem with incorrect beliefs, I'm afraid you'll have to take that up with Jesus come Judgement Day.

And a question for you... When you started a thread about praying for your hangnail, was that "debate" or "finding out what Christians believe"? It seemed to me you were mocking us. How does that fit in with this superior moral tone you're taking?

Our MAIN concern within these Godly Boards is whether or not Jesus Christ will be impressed.
To be criticized by some Ex-member of that LSD Cult is really of no consequence.
Not only that, but It's quite obvious that Secular Humanists are all mentally disturbed.

So again that doesn't fit in with "debating" us or "finding out what we believe". It was a dishonest post to test us. You may not claim superiority, but these last two posts of yours ooze of it. The problem is that you don't have God to back that moral high horse up. There are plenty of threads for you to make up your mind about us already, so making a new one to "test" us smacks of nothing more than mockery.

Let's take a look at what you've posted so far, and see how much fits into this search for "debate and what Christians believe" you claim to be on. Let us also see how judgemental you've been in your short time here...

"This verse really sheds light on [G]od's character." I'll admit, you're not judging us there. You're judging God. Not a good way to introduce yourself.

"Please pray for my hangnail." We've already covered this mockery.

"By insulting someone, even if you are right, you stoop to a level far bellow the person you are insulting. You have just shown your extreme immaturity." Again, you have the nerve to call us judgemental. Three posts so far, including two new threads, and I'm not seeing much in the way of honest attempts to debate or explore what we know to be true.

After those three posts, and no real, honest attempt to engage us in conversation, you started this thread. You have no moral high ground to stand on, which is no surprise as atheists have no moral compass to start with.

2. Ummm ok. Apparently, their God cares a great deal about our avatars, and even how I spell my name, but not about curing diseases or anything of any real importance.
3. Thats good. Don't forget to tithe. Jesus wants your money. The Gods only know what He's doing with it, but He wants it bad.

As for judging god, how can i judge someone i don't think exists, that would be rather like me judging the tooth fairy. As for me calling you "judgemental", please explain to me how i was wrong?
